## How Credits Work
Mantle uses a **credit-based system**. Every message consumes credits, and more capable models cost more credits.
Public docs describe credits qualitatively. Exact Base and Reserve bucket sizes are intentionally kept out of public
pricing docs and may evolve over time.
### Base Credits
Base credits are your primary allowance. They **refill automatically every 5 hours** and power everyday usage across all
plans.
### Reserve Credits
Reserve credits are a monthly backup pool that covers heavier usage once Base is depleted.

## Pro Plan Details
### What's Included
Pro unlocks the full model catalog across all four cost tiers, including GPT-5, o3, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Claude Haiku
4.5, Claude Sonnet 4.6, and Claude Opus 4.7.
* **Base credits** — recurring credits that refill every 5 hours - **Reserve credits** — a monthly backup pool for
heavier usage - Base is consumed first; Reserve kicks in once Base is depleted
Collaboration is available on Free and Pro. Team adds an organization billing layer: Team credits in organization
workspaces, semantic search across organization messages, centralized seats and billing, member management, and
owner-controlled billing settings.
Team and Enterprise workspaces combine keyword matching with meaning-based search. Upgrades automatically backfill
existing messages in the background. If Team access ends, searches immediately fall back to keyword matching.
SAML/OIDC SSO onboarding is available for Team organizations with 30+ seats. Enterprise is sales-assisted and can
cover Directory Sync / SCIM provisioning, audit logs and SIEM streaming, usage review, and priority onboarding.
AI can search the web for current information with citations on supported models.

## FAQ
Credits are the currency you spend when sending messages in Mantle. Different model tiers consume credits at
different rates.

Team is purchased from an organization. Workspaces in that organization use Team billing for seated members, while
each member's Individual plan stays separate in other organizations. Team-only organization features such as
semantic search follow the organization's subscription rather than an individual member's Pro plan.
