What you unlock

Record management

Create, read, update, and delete records across any table — your agent can pull data or push changes on demand.

Base and table access

List and explore bases, create new tables, manage fields, and retrieve schema information programmatically.

Search and filter

Search and filter records using Airtable formulas, and create records from natural-language descriptions.

10+ agent tools

Give your AI agent full read/write access to records, bases, tables, fields, comments, and attachments.

Triggers

Triggers are not yet available for Airtable. Tools are fully supported — connect and start using them in any agent.

Example use cases

Ask your agent to list all records in your Airtable CRM where status is “Active,” summarize the key details, and post the results in chat — no need to open Airtable.
When someone shares a lead or request in chat, tell your agent to create a new record in your Airtable base with the relevant fields populated — contact name, email, and notes.
Ask your agent to pull records from a project tracker, group them by status, and create a formatted summary — perfect for weekly standups or stakeholder updates.

Troubleshooting

Only bases you granted access to during the OAuth flow are visible. To add more bases, disconnect and reconnect the integration under Settings → Integrations → Airtable.
Confirm that the OAuth token has write permissions. If you restricted access during authorization, the agent may only have read access.
Airtable OAuth tokens can expire. Go to Settings → Integrations → Airtable, disconnect, and reconnect to refresh your authorization.
