Triggers are not yet available for Airtable. You can still add its tools to an agent and use them in chats or tasks.
Example use cases
Query a CRM or project tracker
Query a CRM or project tracker
Ask your agent to list all records in your Airtable CRM where status is “Active,” summarize the key details, and
post the results in chat — no need to open Airtable.
Add records from chat messages
Add records from chat messages
When someone shares a lead or request in chat, tell your agent to create a new record in your Airtable base with the
relevant fields populated — contact name, email, and notes.
Generate a status report from Airtable data
Generate a status report from Airtable data
Ask your agent to pull records from a project tracker, group them by status, and create a formatted summary —

Troubleshooting

Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser. If the Airtable authorization page doesn’t open, try again with
pop-ups allowed or use a different browser.

Only bases you granted access to during the OAuth flow are visible. To add more bases, disconnect and reconnect the
integration under Settings → Integrations → Airtable.
Write operations fail

Confirm that the OAuth token has write permissions. If you restricted access during authorization, the agent may
only have read access.
