Plans and credits

Mantle has five plan levels: Free, Core, Plus, Max, and Enterprise. A paid organization can mix Core, Plus, and Max, so each member gets the level that fits their work.

Plan overview

Standard monthly prices are currently $12 or €12 for Core,$29 or €29 for Plus, and $119 or €119 for Max, per member. Annual billing is paid up front and has an effective monthly price of$10 or €10 for Core, $25 or €25 for Plus, and$99 or €99 for Max. Mantle shows annual billing as Save 15%. Taxes are added at checkout when required.

What Free includes

Free is designed for trying Mantle with a small team. It currently includes:

• 1 organization you own, with up to 10 accepted members;
• 3 workspaces and 2 shared agents in the organization;
• unlimited channels, direct messages, threads, canvases, and manual tasks;
• 1,500 hosted-AI credits per person each month;
• GPT-5 Nano, GPT-5.6 Luna, Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite, DeepSeek V4 Flash, GLM-5.3-Flash, and Mistral Small 4;
• 1 connected integration per person for manual use;
• 10 minutes of voice input per person each month;
• 90 days of chat history;
• up to 10 indexed knowledge files and 50 MB of knowledge storage for the organization.

Free does not include web search, scheduled or event-based tasks, voice meetings, or AI meeting notes.

What paid levels add

Core opens all supported models, web search, scheduled tasks, unlimited workspaces, unlimited shared agents, and unlimited chat history. Each Core member currently receives 10,000 credits, 3 integrations, and 60 minutes of voice input each month. Plus raises those personal allowances to 25,000 credits, 10 integrations, and 180 minutes of voice input. Plus members also add more capacity to the organization’s shared knowledge and AI meeting-note pools. Max is for high-volume use. Each Max member currently receives 100,000 credits, 25 integrations, 600 minutes of voice input, a larger shared-knowledge contribution, more AI meeting-note capacity, and priority support. Enterprise is arranged with Mantle for needs such as custom pooled AI usage, company sign-in, user provisioning, audit records, invoice or purchase-order billing, and account support.

How organization plans work

Every paid subscription belongs to an organization, even if it has only one person.

• A person’s Core, Plus, or Max level works only inside the organization that pays for that seat.
• Joining a different organization does not carry that paid level or its credits into the other organization.
• In a self-serve paid organization, every accepted internal member needs a paid Core, Plus, or Max seat. The Plus trial is the temporary exception: members not selected for the trial can stay on Free until the trial ends.
• An owner can assign different paid levels to different members from Settings → Organization → Billing.

How AI credits work

Credits pay for AI models and paid tools that Mantle runs for you. Credit use depends on the model and the work involved, including conversation history, attached files, answer length, reasoning, web search, and connected tools.

• Free credits are person-wide. Your 1,500 Free credits are shared across all organizations where you use Free.
• Paid credits are organization-specific. A paid member gets a separate monthly balance inside the organization that owns that seat.
• Paid member balances do not pool. One member cannot spend another member’s included credits.
• Included paid credits refresh each month, including when the organization pays annually.
• Scheduled tasks use the task owner’s credits.
• If credit packs are available, they are bought for a particular member in a particular organization.

Use the model picker’s or pricing page’s relative credit-use level to compare models. Open Settings → Organization → Usage & Limits to see use for the active organization.

What happens at zero credits?

Mantle stops hosted AI and other paid AI tools until more credits become available. Your team can still use messages, channels, direct messages, history, canvases, files, and supported local tools. Mantle does not silently charge an overage or delete your work.

Buy additional credits

An organization owner can buy 10,000 additional credits for $12 or €12 and assign them to one paid member. A purchase does not repeat automatically. Mantle uses the member’s included subscription credits before purchased credits, and it never creates a negative balance or surprise overage. Larger purchases may need support.

Keep credit use predictable

• Use an efficient model for routine extraction or drafting, then a stronger model for an important review.
• Ask for the length and format you actually need.
• Start a new chat when you change tender, contract, client, or topic. A long chat may send more earlier history with every new request and can therefore use credits faster, even when some input is cached.
• Use web search, deep reasoning, large files, and connected tools when they add clear value.

Shared organization allowances

Some resources are shared by the whole organization rather than assigned to one person. Paid seats add capacity to these pools:

• raw file storage;
• huddle participant-minutes;
• indexed workspace and agent knowledge;
• AI meeting-note minutes.

Each paid seat currently adds this much to the organization’s monthly pools: For example, a ten-minute huddle with five people uses fifty participant-minutes. AI meeting-note minutes are counted separately. AI credits remain personal even when these other allowances are shared.

Start a 14-day Plus trial

The Plus trial belongs to the organization and can be used once by an eligible organization. It does not start automatically. Unless the owner cancels, billing starts with the selected member plans when the 14 days end. Cancel before then if you do not want the organization to convert. Trial credits expire at the end of the trial. Your work remains available, although features above Free limits may become read-only until the organization upgrades.
