Triggers
Triggers are not yet available for LinkedIn. When trigger support is added, you will be able to start agent tasks
automatically based on LinkedIn activity.
Example use cases
Schedule a week of LinkedIn posts
Schedule a week of LinkedIn posts
Provide your agent with a list of topics and key messages. It drafts and publishes a LinkedIn post for each topic,
spacing them across the week.
Research a company before a sales call
Research a company before a sales call
Ask your agent to look up a company’s LinkedIn page, pull organization statistics, and summarize key details — size,
industry, recent activity — into a pre-call brief.
Track post engagement
Track post engagement
After publishing content, ask your agent to retrieve share statistics and reactions, then summarize which posts
performed best and why.
Troubleshooting
OAuth flow fails or hangs

Make sure you are signing in with the correct LinkedIn account. If the flow stalls, clear your browser cookies for
linkedin.com and try again from Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn.
Cannot create posts
Cannot create posts
Verify that the connected LinkedIn account has posting permissions. Some company-managed accounts restrict
individual posting. Re-authorize if scopes were not fully granted.
Company page data is missing
Company page data is missing
Organization statistics require admin access to the company page. If the connected account is not a page admin, only
public information will be returned.
Profile lookup returns limited data
Profile lookup returns limited data
LinkedIn’s API returns different levels of detail depending on the relationship between the connected account and
the target profile. Public profile data may be limited for non-connections.
