Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser. If the Granola authorization page doesn’t open, try again with
pop-ups allowed or use a different browser.
No meetings are returned
No meetings are returned
Granola must be actively recording your meetings for data to be available. Confirm that Granola is running and
recording on your device, and that you have meeting notes in your Granola account.

Search returns incomplete results
Granola search depends on the content of your AI summaries and transcripts. Try broader search terms or use the list
meetings tool to browse by date instead.
