Triggers

Triggers are not yet available for Google Drive. Tools are fully supported — connect and start using them in any agent.

Example use cases

Ask your agent to search Drive for a specific report, read its contents, and provide a summary in chat — complete with a direct link to the original file.
Ask your agent to create a folder structure for a new project and move relevant files from your Drive into the correct subfolders — all from a single conversation.
Tell your agent to find a document and share it with specific team members or generate a shareable link with the right permission level — no need to open Drive.

Troubleshooting

The agent searches across files accessible to the authenticated Google account. Files in shared drives may require additional permissions — make sure the file is shared with your account.
Check that you have write access to the target folder. If uploading to a shared drive, confirm that your account has contributor or manager permissions.
Google OAuth tokens can expire. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Drive, disconnect, and reconnect to refresh your authorization.
